A windmill for all, even for the French Government !
Ministry responsible for legislation relating to sustainable development has acquired a windmill (6kW, 12 meters in height) to increase the share of renewable energies in his energy balance.
Each year, this windmill will produce on average 33% of the electricity needed to the working of the Bettencourt road center of maintenance and intervention.
The French government plans to reach the same results on the site of the Saint Lo CEI (Manche).
Given the good results of these two sites after a year of exploitation, the ministry responsible for legislation relating to sustainable development plans to launch a wider program to equip the CEI with windmills.
